Trouble signing in

All of a sudden a robot sign in is there and than pictures of find the traffic light, boats, etc. I can match that up but I can not get my computer to lower itself so that I can get it to accept. Why is this happening since I never have had to do this before. I can not figure how to get my page to move up so I can sign in. I need help to figure this out

and is there any suggestions about moving the screen up so that I can sign in. Thanks for info. on how to do this!

When you cannot see the bottom of a page, quickly fix it by

reducing zoom (Ctrl/Cmd + "-"), pressing the "End" key, or using "Page Down" to scroll.

It keeps asking me to sign in. Over the weekend I got the pick the squares but after you pick there is no place to submit. This is not just a security thing; this is new and a glitch. Only happens on qvc.com, not the app.
