At least you have a # to track. Mine disapperd last Friday & I don't know what is going on. I'm afraid it's lost! I have never had this problem. I know returns are slow & that is frustrating. Not knowing where it is is concerning. I'm just hoping it shows up!

@DAD - You keep posting about this issue over and over again—have you reached out to the customer service or social teams for assistance? Your fellow posters continually suggest options to help you, but that's clearly not what you want, so you probably need to directly contact someone who has more information on your situation. There are phone numbers and contact links at the bottom of every page on the website, or you can send an email message to QVCSOCIALTEAM@QVC.COM to get in touch with the moderators of these forums for further help.

I have & will call again today. Sorry, I was hoping a customer service rep would help me. I don't have a # to track anymore & I'm getting worried. I see that others are having tracking issues also. I now at least have found out how to track packages in this new system. I don't have a tracking # though. With this recent experience I will not be ordering clothing or much else because of this return process. I do want to thank all of you that have helped giving me sites to go to. I will let you know what happens.

I called customer service & I was told today that if nothing is showing on Nov.4th they will refund my order. It's insured. I don't know how they do that without a # but I'm happy & you'll be happy to know I won't be having a heart attack (anxiety attack) anymore. It was an expensive return. And LoriQVC I guess I tought you were in CS because CS did respond to one of my first posts!

The tracking number that disappeared never did show. The items have been refunded. At least I'm happy it wasn't lost. I learned so much from all of you! I will take a picture if I have to retrun something & I know how to track it after it's been handed off by the P.O. to another carrier. Thanks again!

The longer they delay our returns the longer they keep our money. Standard business practice🤷🏼‍♀️

THIS NEW SYSTEM SUCKS BIG TIME.
IT'S OFF FULL WHY CAN'T. QVS JUST LEAVE THINGS ALONE AND
DON'T. TOUCH WHAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR US THE CUSTOMERS.
I HATE THE WAY WE NOW HAVE TO ORDER ITEMS.
WHAT HAPPEN TO TRACKING RETURNS???????
PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY.

Another thing I've noticed is that I'm no longer getting an email acknowledging receipt of my return when I drop it off at the post office. Always before I got an email the same day I dropped off, or at least the following day.
