Add me to the list of those who cannot track returns and who had not received an email as I did in the past that my package was on its way back.
Of course, tonight I also could not order on my iPad. When I tried to order by phone (something one poster always snidely says to those who cannot order online), I first was asked to answer some questions for "selected customers," and then was told my wait time was over five minutes. At six minutes, I hung up. I do not have that many extra minutes in my life to worry about an order. I suspect the issue is with iPad orders today. Who knows what the problem with ordering the other day was. That is now two orders I could not place in just a few days.
