Well, third time was not a charm. I posted yesterday about the exchange policy not working. I sent two items back for an exchange. Both items were cancelled and I was charged for return shipping. I spoke to CS and a Supervisor yesterday and I said I have one more item that will be coming back and I was assured it would be done right.....
Well....you guessed it. They didn't have my size for an exchange but they still charged me for return shipping!!!!!!!! The CS rep credited it back, but it will take 10 days for it to post in my account. When I ordered the item, QVC got their money right away, but I have to wait for mine.
I was assured it wouldn't happen again.....the CS rep told me this morning she saw where the notes stated not to charge rerturn shipping, so she doesn't know why they did.
So, my advice is.....think long and hard about ordering something you might need to exchange. And follow up every time so you don't have to jump through these hoops.

I'm beginning to think that way. If I didn't have several auto-delivery items that I have had for years, I would cancel my account completely. I have Vitamins, and Purity Made Simple that I went on auto years ago when you could get the items for as long as you stay in the plan.

Actually @makena I have had very good experiences with many other companies. Several will issue refunds as soon as you mail it and provide a tracking number. Most of them also have free shipping and free returns. This ordeal with QVC has been frustrating beyond belief.

Some are better but most wont issue refunds until they receive the product and then there's always time needed to process. If I was that frustrated, frankly I'd shop elsewhere. Why continue purchasing if you're unhappy with the results?
