Your IT staff has really changed, It used to be almost perfect. Now you never know what your going to get when you open your app or item being shown. Constant blinking, jumping, tc. It isn't o my end because yours is the only one that does it. Sad, making more bucks but lack decent IT staff.

Hi @Dewilda

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty using our app. Are you using the latest version? What type of device are you using? Are you receiving any error messages or just jumping?

Welcome to the Forum @Dewilda.

I got several pop-ups last year from QVC saying their system is most compatible with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.  What browser are you using?

Despite using Edge and not having your specific issues, I continue to run into glitches.  Some of their problems in the past involved all browsers including those they claim most compatible.

Yes, their IT department moved to Poland to save a million dollars, so they say.  Not a country to be concerned about, but their system performance has gotten worse.

Some of it possibly could be blamed on trying to integrate QVC with HSN.  I don't know, but trying to make two different systems work together might not have been a good idea.  I noticed I am no longer able to pull up HSN on QVC's website.  Maybe, that's part of the solution trying to make both work better.  Just trying to figure out why so many problems.

@Foxxee do you really mean Excel?  Excel is a spreadsheet program that's part of MS Office.

 I use Safari or Chrome with QVC and have no issues.

You can also get to HSN and other sites from QVC all the way at the bottom of the page under “ Shopping brought to life”

@Tori3569

HA!  I meant Edge.  Slip of the tongue. I have been designing a spreadsheet today on Excel.

Others here use Safari, too, don't know whether they have more problems than the three recommended by QVC.

Thanks for the tip getting to HSN.  I used to be able to get to it in the search bar.

I should have realized that’s what you meant @Foxxee! It is so easy to get caught up in excel, isn’t it! I don’t have Edge on my laptop, so I forgot all about it. I use my iPad for everything personal and work unless I need to use MS Office.

@Foxxee @If they move IT to Poland to save money, but the new IT isn't making things work for ALL their customers, no matter what browsers they use, then they are not really saving money.
