Why is it every time on go on my APP I am constantly upgrading??? It’s ridiculous and it’s been happening the last three months.

@debgmc.  I don't have the most remote idea what you're talking about.  What do you mean upgrading?  I never have had to upgrade anything.

 

Maybe there's a glitch in your device?

Hi debgmc! I’m really sorry you’ve been experiencing this! That does sound frustrating. Sometimes the app prompts for updates to ensure you have the latest features and fixes, but it shouldn’t be happening so frequently. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? If the issue persists, please let us know and we’ll look into it further for you.

Tech problems lately -- I'm a longtime shopper on QVC.  On the phone or computer.  Today I tried to order a gift to be sent to another address, on my computer.   The system didn't accept my email address which I've been using for years.  I finally did sign in but I still couldn't finish the order so I called Cust. Service and talked to a nice rep. who took all my information and placed the order.  I asked her to connect me to a supervisor and she did that.  Lines were busy of course so I waited about 3 min.  The system cut me off.  Also AI is answering our questions about items now. On a Lock/lock hard plastic (Treval?) item I asked about cleaning it.  Reply was that they did not have an answer to that question.    What?   There is always info. about dishwasher safe on those kinds of items.   Is AI taking over and they're not letting customers answer?
