I've been using this product since Dr. Smigel was on QVC. A long time. I like it and have not had issues. But, my last tube of the Accelator was watery. It's not usually watery. It's a gel like consistency. It stays on your toothbrush. This stuff slides of and make a mess. I tried dealing with it but it's toooooo frustrating  so I threw it out. I have one brand new tube and tried it. It was watery as well. What is going on Supersmile? Your QA is not good. Am I the only customer complaining?

I will not buy this product again if this is how you are going to sell it. Tried to speak with someone at QVC, but you don't have anyone who can help or address this issue. I will contact Supersmile and see what they say. Please have someone contact me.

My experience is has always beena  gel consistency and stayed on my toothbrush. It runs right off the brush and all over everything. It's a mess and frustrating!!!

If this is what they are selling now, count me out. The last time I bought was 4/2024. With autodelivery you tend to buy more than you need. Toothpaste doesn't expire.

My oral surgeon told me to stop using all toothpaste and whiteners that has whiteners in them. It eats away at your gums and surfaces of your teeth.

As far as toothpaste not expiring, it sure does.

I had bought a couple dozen or more three years ago. I remembered I stored them in a closet seldom used. When I opened one it had turned brown. I opened the rest of them and sure enough they were brown. Tossed them out.

I don't want to be argumentative, but Dr. Smigel, the World renowned as the "Father of Aesthetic Dentistry,  For 40 years, President of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics which he founded in 1976.

In 2009, the National Museum of Dentistry, an affiliate of the Smithsonian, unveiled "The Smile Experience," a permanent historical exhibition honoring Dr. Irwin Smigel as "The Father of Aesthetic Dentistry."

Your oral surgeon most likely has no idea who Dr.Smigel was. None of my dentists did.

I have extremely sensitive teeth and this didn't work for me when I purchased years ago when Dr Smigel was presenting. My dentist said it was too harsh for me to use. One thing for sure is that they must have a warehouse full since it seems to be on everyday!

I'm disappointed I have heard ZERO from QVC customer service or from Supersmile, who I contacted, about the watery accelerator toothpaste.

I'm sure Dr. Smigel wouldn't be happy with his product getting bad reviews and would address a customer, a long time customer!

What is wrong with QVC & Supersmile to ignore customers??????
