Me too... I got them fairthfully for several years, then, after one of the 'upgrades' it stopped... Back in the days when I gave a rat's backside, I would sign up over and over again, but it never took... I even called CS, who were going to take care of it for me, but it still never took... Now, I'm just as glad it didn't...

 

This must be akin to those folks who keep requesting The Insider but who never seem to get it... In my book, they too aren't missing a thing...

          I tried something that ended up working.   Not sure why it works, other than it might trigger a new set of alerts (resetting some internal links) associated with the QVC account.  

 

1 -- Go into "My Account" and look under

"Email & Mobile Preferences" to find "Communication Emails & Texts."

 

2 -- UNcheck everything.

 

3 -- Click/tap "SUBMIT."

 

4 -- Wait a few days, then go back in, check all the notifications you want to receive (I decided to select all of them to see what happened) and again be sure to click/tap "SUBMIT."

yet again I am asking if I can get the insider magazine , it stopped after a few issues .I am a good customer and emails I get are only for orders .Can anybody help with this

 @dooBdoo, I have unsubscribed from getting emails but always subscribed again right away. I will try what you suggested.

          @Jordan2,  It can't hurt, right?   I hope it works for you.   This is the buggiest website I use, and it beyond bizarre that they don't at least concentrate on getting promotional email messages out to customers and potential customers.   This company has a puzzling "business model."

          @Carol08,  Unless you post exactly what your error message says, posters and moderators can't try to help.   Also, the moderators can't pass it along to the tech support staff without the specifics.   I see there were major tech problems on the site tonight -- and now they say they've been cleared up -- so I hope your problem was resolved.
