Still Having Teckie Problems

Just very much reiterating technical problems with this website, been going on for maybe 2 weeks now ever since the homepage was changed - again.

Can't shop, can't search - it's been painful.

My current problem is that the pages are are SO slow to repond, both here on the forums and the product pages.

And I keep getting messages that, "qvc.com is not responding due to a long running script."

It's just become too much trouble to shop here for many reasons, IMO.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I'm using a tablet & the small print that can't be enlarged is awful, it's hurting my eyes & I can only stay on the site for a few minutes... I'm not doing any shopping until it's fixed.

Hi @kitcat51 I am so sorry the font is too small for you. You should be able to enlarge the font on your tablet by going to settings and making it larger.

Hi @PINKdogWOOD @KingstonsMom @pieman @kitcat51 if you happen to be using an app on your device to access QVC.com you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, that has worked for some.

Thank you for your response and suggestion, but I'm on a laptop using IE for a browser.

I also use CCleaner to delete my cache/cookies every time I shut my laptop down.

This just started 3-4 days ago.

I used to be able to stretch my screen with two fingers on my IPad. As soon as this change was made The screen won't stretch. It works with every other website I visit, just not QVC.

This is the problem I'm having on my iPad as well. @Anonymous Is the tech dept. working on this glitch? Before the recent changes, this feature worked fine. Now it still works for all other websites, but not for QVC. I'm not going to change the settings on my iPad for just one site- QVC- will just visit QVC site less.
