Start a Return Question

[ Edited ]

I have a question about using the start a return feature. When selecting a UPS return, I'm promy to pick which UPS store to return to and it suggests stores for me, then asks me to select a store.
Now do I have to actually return the package to that particular UPS store or can it be dropped off at any UPS store of my choosing, depending on where my errands that day takes me?
Big thanks to anyone who can help sort out my confusion.

@Maltichonmom17.  Any UPS store should be fine.

I have wondered the same thing. I went through the, process last week, chose a ups store and got the code.  Couldn't get there last week because of illness, now it would be more convenient to go to a different ups closer to home. I'm going to try tomorrow and will post what they tell me.

I live between 2 UPS stores, I did a return at the one QVC did not suggest without any problem.
Note that Amazon let you choose any UPS store and QVC is trying to emulate the easy Amazon return process wth the QR code, etc..
