[why again]

I have not been able to get free shipping yet and we are past an hour into this.  The listing says free shipping but the checkout is till applying shipping to me order. get your act toghether QVC.  Are others experience this?

No. I just checked out and it removed the shipping charges for me.

I just checked out and it removed the shipping for me, and, took my 10.00 coupon also!

Call your order in to a representative.

No problem for me. I placed two separate orders, both containing multiple items. In my cart it immediately shows shipping removed. 

If you really want the item(s) call their order line.

Yes, it has happened to me three times that Free Shipping is advertised on the webpage, but it will not apply free shipping to my order.  I suspect that when free shipping begins at midnight, and you have your cart open, it locks you out of getting free shipping somehow.  I called customer service, but they were closed (of course).  I called them the next day, and they said they couldn't help me, but that another customer service line might.  The nice lady on the second number I called was able to order it for me.  Since many of the items were out of stock by this time, I had to manually take the items out of my cart, then the customer service lady would snag them and put them back on my order.  Hers all had free shipping, so that is how I got around it that time.  However, this is a big hassle, and if the items are out of stock by the time you can speak to customer service, you have lost your items.  This must be a glitch with QVC free shipping, and I wish they would fix it.  My cart is locked out again, and I have to call them again tomorrow.  By then, the items I wanted with probably be gone.  Oh well, better for my wallet.  Lol
