I totally agree with you. Tried to cancel an order that was delayed twice now and told I can't cancel it. Now if I ever receive it and what to send it back I will be on the hook to pay shipping and handling. Not only that but it takes almost two months for them to receive a return. Think I'm done. Not buying due to pandemic it takes longer.

@doggrandma  I totally agree with you about the time frame of getting the item.

While my daughter was here helping me these past few months, it became a game when she'd bring in the packages for me to 'guess' what the item is because there was such a time difference between ordering and receiving it.

She ordered quite a few things (clothes) from HSN and got them relatively quickly. We live in Northern Va.  I don't know which warehouse the HSN items came from but it was definitely quicker than QVC.

@doggrandma    I don't know about returns but my recent clothing purchases have shipped in 2-3 days.  They have greatly improved shipping time, however, UPS mess-ups are at an all-time high.  A couple of my most recent went from Pa., to Maine on their way to New Mexico.
