Just wondering if other people are having slow shipping? I contacted The social team and they just say they are working on it. I have things ordered from April 29th. May 5th, 2 on May 6th , May 7th and May 11th. Nothing has shipped. Thanks for letting me vent.

@plc123 The only orders I have placed within the past month, with the exception of one waitlist item that I was aware of at the time the order was placed, have been food and they were all shipped promptly and arrived on schedule. 

 

As I've mentioned on this board before, I never order anything from QVC that I need in the near future nor do I keep checking the status.

I have not had any issues but I think orders will get slower.  Might be something else for the holidays.

I will order more during " Christmas in July" so I don't have to worry about getting things in time for the holidays. It is hard to know how things will pan out.

Yes, I had 5 orders from mid April that just never shipped for weeks.  I kept calling Customer Service, said they'd cancel.  But, finally 4 items shipped.  Last item still hasn't shipped.  On the flip side, I've ordered some thing since then and most have shipped pretty normally.  Frankly, I'm a little skiddish about ordering these days ... unless I really really want something ... because I don't have the time nor patience for it.  P.S.  An auto delivery food item shipped but is not showing up in my "auto delivery" tab.  Again, I've called Customer Service, they keep saying it's going to get fixed, but it hasn't.  Now guessing when and if another shipment will arrive.  Frustrated, long long time customer.

I have 11 items that are sitting on the dock since May 7, 12 days ago, per the tracking information. Customer service said they could send replacements but couldn't refund the items.

I do not think they will ever ship.

I placed a order on 4/28 by 5/9 it was still in processing. I called customer service and she told me it was in the Ontario warehouse and she would check on it. On 5/12 I saw it went to processing order and has been there since. I called CS again and was told they had no idea when it would ship. QVC should let customers know if the order is going to be delayed before they order that way they can decide if they really want the item.
