I am trying to understand why an order placed 9-16  went out of PA to NJ, onward to San Francisco 9/18 ( I live in northern CA) then back it goes to PA on 9-20 where it remains as of today.  Just doesn't make any sense. Not sure I will ever get it!!!

The route a parcel takes is at the shippers discretion and QVC has no control over it.  Sometimes it defies logic but often involves going through their distribution centers.  I recently had one sit in Phoenix for 7 days.  I'm only 1 day by truck from Phoenix so why didn't they get it on the road?  Sometimes it's best to not check tracking as it's just upsetting.
