I got tired of seeing orders in process for days, so I started to pay the extra fee to have items delivered the next day, if ordered early enough in the day. Now I find I can't even depend on THAT EDD.  I see my recent EDD has been changed, despite the hefty fee.  I think it would be reasonable that if the EED is changed, an email should be sent to notify the customer of that fact.  Amazon does it.

I also think that if the item were guaranteed for next day delivery, and that has been changed to a later date, that you should call and ask for your additional fee to be refunded.

OMG!  Don't waste your money on those extra shipping fees!!!   Do you really need your items that fast?   QVC already overcharges for shipping, never mind express!!

And, they leave it in 'Processing' so you can't cancel the order which p*sses me off royally!!!  Just an excuse for them!!!
