The latest tracking of my order on June 26 indicates "UPS Mail Innovations enroute to USPS". Since there is no further activity I assume I will not be receiving it.
Can I get a refund at this point?

@maisiebrook Don't assume. So many people are shopping online (not just at the Q) that shippers are swamped.

I am sorry that your order has been delayed but please allow a few more days as the post office cleans up their backlogs.

Things pretty much sit in place over weekends and holidays as neither UPS or the USPS don't work during these times. You're much too impatient.

FYI: UPS was working. Another QVC package enroute to me had activity on July 4 and 5.

@maisiebrook Mail Innovations is the slowest possible way to ship a package. It takes up to a week longer to get to you by Mail Innovations than it does any other way. It's frustrating when you're expecting something. Any time I see something that's shipped that way I know not to expect it by the "expected delivery date" that's shown,

I had an item shipped to me from another company on June 17 via FedEx and I still do not have it. I have received 4 different delivery dates and the dates come and go. The latest delivery date was supposed to be July 4th and of course, I never received it and now the latest says the EDD is unavailable/pending.
The tracking on this is ridiculous. It has been in and out of my state (Ohio) and Michigan multiple times. At one point it was even in my city and was going to be handed off to USPS for delivery but that never happened. I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to receive this package.
This is about the third package being delivered via FedEx that has had this issue.

I have the same issue. I placed an order on June 10. It didn't ship until June 23. It has been sitting in Bridgeport, NJ since June 30th.
I've never complained about the cost or the time involved with delivery, but this is ridiculous. My product is in limbo - it's not moving and I can't cancel it. It's a sun shade for my car, I'm afraid it won't get here (if at all) until I need my snow shield for my car.
Shipping and handling of this quality should be free.
