First, back on 6/20 I returned a TSV set of bras and have not received credit for the return, have already paid for the first two easy pays.
As for easy pays, I am done using them. In May I paid over my balance and paid ahead for 3 easy pays, only to see them appear on June's statement, same number. Checked again and nope, the current charges not acknowledging this. Tried to dispute but it seems like I have to down-load and print a form and mail it to Synchrony. Can't do, no printer. Done using the Q card, will use my own cc and if there is a dispute I can actually call them.

Do you have the item number of the bras? I would be happy to check it out for you.Also, whenever you want to pay out your easy pays, we need to accelerate them and send them to the Qcard otherwise it will just pay down your overall QCard balance.

I have tracked the Jockey bras as the return, is that correct? I can provide a refund for you now. What was the reason you returned them?

@Beth-QVC Didn't like the way they fit, uncomfortable. Did the tracking and QVC received them on 6/22 at 10:36 am. Thanks for your help. (Iyes, it was the Jockey bras)

I have refunded you $29.18 and cancelled the last of the easy pays. Current processing time for refunds is 3 to 5 business days.

Outstanding that the moderators can provide help. The phone lines have been busy ever since the pandemic started and its hard to reach someone in customer service.
