Sent Two Items Together But Can't Return Them Together?

I ordered two tops from Susan Graver on Sept. 11 but they are huge on me and too long on the arms.  I was going to return them, but now instead of one address label to print (which is how they were sent to me--together), I will have to do two separate address labels and packages?  When did this change?  That would be $6.95 twice which is really too much!  I tried emailing Social Media Team but that sent back a "permanent error" message so I guess those are now out of work at QVC. Anyone have this happen to them?  They were ordered together on the same day and sent together to me, so I don't understand why one return label wouldn't suffice.

@InStitches49 I don't understand why the need to send two separate return packages.  You can always print out a new label on your own.

Just last week I has 5 articles of clothing from different orders that I shipped back all in one box.

No that's not right - you use the return shipping label on the packing slip for both items you're returning, since they're both listed on that one packing slip.

sounds like you've encountered a glitch of some kind. If you have the slip, I don't understand what you're needing to print?

@InStitches49- I returned one order of several t-shirts.  I used the one label which came with the order.

I haven't  read anywhere this has changed.

Send them back together.  Use just one of the shipping labels or even your own label.  I often return several separately-ordered items using just one label.

@InStitches49

You can send them back together - one package and one return fee. Our email address is QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we are working...

Re: Sent Two Items Together But Can't Return Them Together?

Thank you for your reply, Beth-QVC!  I don't have the original slip with the return label so that is why I need to print a label.  I will do as you suggested as these are beautiful tops but really too big on my body.  I probably need a small instead of a medium since I've lost some weight. @InStitches49

Did you wish to exchange these for a smaller size? If yes, please send me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and include the order number(s) and what colors/size you would like in the exchange. I will be happy to get the ball rolling for you.

Yes QVC likes to process as different orders so if you return, you get to pay retur S&H 2x.  I thought I was being efficient and packing items together for return in same box but they still charge per item.  THey don't advertise this...but if you track your return...they do!

 If you receive multiple pieces of clothes   even from different  orders that you need to return , it usually is cheaper and easier to track with  Priority mail  rather than pay 6.95 for each item  packed in the same box or package.
