Second Request: Need a Return Invoice

I have already called about this situation once before and it was not fixed to my satisfaction. I bought TWO of the same item, Barbara King 4 Ft  Christmas Garland, back in July .  I returned ONE immediately since our design ended up not needing it. Now, we don't need the other one because the color scheme has changed. When I go into My Account I cannot print up a return shipping invoice or label because it says Returned. I would like this to be emailed to me, NOT sent via the Post Office in 7-10 business days.  I have already been inconvenienced by this error and the customer service person I spoke to acted like He was doing me a favor to send me the invoice at all. So please take care of this as soon as possible. Thank-you
