Please fix the search function for Order Status.  I never had a problem searching Order Status until last week.  Now the search function does not work at all.  Nothing happens.  I have seen other posts about this.

It's been working for me, I've checked several times since I started seeing posts about this problem.

 

I'm on a laptop using Edge as a browser, if that matters.

 

I know that sometimes QVC's IT issues affect certain platforms/browsers and not others.

 

It sure would be nice if there was some consistency with their website, it seems like it's always somethin', aggravating for sure.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I am having the same problem. Search was fine until a  few weeks ago. I contacted Customer Care and was told that the IT department knows about the problem and is trying to fix it. I hope that it is fixed soon...
