I am having trouble with my computer.  I sent a message to the social tem, but dont know if it went through.  About 3 weeks ago I went to the post office to return J397443, Affinity Gemstone necklace & J397133.  I received 2 1/2 weeks ago a credit for J397133, but nothing for J397443.  I am also being charged on my bill.

 

also J368196 Turq sterling necklace shipped 8/25 and have not received it yet. Can yoy help me?  jackie

@TennJackie    FYI:  The mods ARE the social team.  I have a feeling they're running way behind schedule today so be patient, they'll get to you.

Make sure the email you sent went to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. 

 

If so, I would re-send it, not all emails make it to where they're supposed to go.

 

They're pretty quick to acknowledge emails.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I send a message to the Moderators @QVCsocialteam@qvc.com yesterday and received a reply within 10 minutes.

They usually respond very quickly.

 

@TennJackie   I'm surprised they haven't responded.

Haven't responded to my email either from early this morning.

I've never had this trouble before I always got a response fast, something has changed, gone wrong.

You should re-send the info about getting credit for one item but not the other plus the other item you are asking about. You should be able to login to your account at QVC to see if it's shipped plus tracking number.

You should also be able to see on your account which items were returned & received back for credit.
