I ordered some Slatkin room plug ins and got them from Ontario in 3 days. GREAT for QVC! 2 days later I ordered a bunch more that took a week "in process". Some are being shipped from Bethleham, PA (God forbid) and others are being sh ipped from Ontario - YIPPEE. Now I live 10 miles from the Ontario warehouse so you tell my why QVC you would turn these orders over to mail innovations so that they can be shipped from Ontario, CA 300 miles north to San Leandro and sit there forever only to eventually come back down to Ontario. For these reasons, QVC, you are losing your customers - wise up - stop using mail innovations, or whatever it is called!

I agree,I ordered a Denium and Company top on July 21,today is August 1 and there is no package here. It has sat in Ca for about 4 or 5 days. This is ridiculous,why not tell us it is going to be a couple of weeks instead of it will take 7-10 days. I am getting very tired of these shopping channels. However, I ordered something from HSN 2 days ago and just was notified it has shipped. Get you act together QVC.

I'll take that stupidity and raise you one. I live in New York state and had a package from another channel ship via the wildly adventurous Mail Innovations from Kentucky to a post office in New Jersey where it sat for 23 days. Then they decided that the quickest way to New York from New Jersey was through Virginia and then Maryland. Any company that uses Mail Innovations should pay us, the consumers, for the inconvenience, rather than charge US for shipping.

I totally agree with you - something needs to be done withb this mail innovations. It is not only QVC who shops around for the cheapest and worse service for their customers......the website Children's Place for children's clothes also uses mail innovations. It will be 3 weeks on Tuesday that I have been waiting for an order I placed and not only clothing....stupid me I ordered a gift card from them and this is taking 2 weeks and IK haven't received it yet......they couldn't put the gift card in a mailing envelope with a stamp.......they have to use mail innovations? Well another lesson learned.....will NEVER purchase from them again.....but at least they ship for free.....QVC charges us for this horrible service!
