I just brought up this topic to see how many complaints there are. Just received my 2 packages of Pereia storage boxes and neither had anything on that "3 part label" except my address. If you have no intentions of sending 3 parts to this label then stop using it. This has happened before and then i wonder if the invoice is out there somewhere with my info on it. So now I assume we get no invoice anymore nor a return label??? From what I read from other complaints, that seems to be the case. Why were we not notified by email or something that your shipping info would be different. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. NO INVOICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I also got a package yesterday which appeared to be shipped from the vendor.  It indicated it had a 3-part label but there was nothing adhered to the back.  I won't be sending it back so don't need the paperwork, but if I needed it, I'd be in trouble.

I never use their shipping labels I find it is much easier and usually cheaper to sent my packages via UPS

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

I can manage without a return label, but to have no invoice is crazy. I expect these storage boxes did come from the vendor, therefore no invoice from the company. Just as long as part 2 of the label with my info on it is not floating around out there somewhere. They need to stop sending labels that say they are 3 parts.

Re: SHIPPING LABELS.

[ Edited ]

During Christmas in July shipping I had several labels that were listed as 3 parts. Some were candles that I tried out to see if they worked. They worked so I didn't need to return them. I don't have a printer, etc so would have to call QVC since they don't accept e mails now and request a label, and the information. They are hard to call also, guess they don't want returns now!
PLEASE QVC STOP THE STICKY LABELS!😫

I also just received a package with no paperwork at all.  This is the second one I received like that in the past few months.  It did not  used to happen.  I also think it was shipped directly from the vendor,  as the item normally would come as boxed  within a QVC shipping carton.  This  one was just an address label slapped onto a flimsy generic cardboard box.

You can always get a copy of your invoice online. I have just copied it and pasted it into an email to myself.

If you don't have a printer, you can email the Mods and ask them to mail you one.

They always accept emails.  I have read it is very hard to get through to CS via phone, but the Mods are a very helpful team.

The sticky labels have been around since last year Christmas shopping.  That's when I first started getting them.  Even if all parts are included, the back of the one is sticky!  Can't keep it w/o putting it on a piece of paper.

I think they are here to stay unfortunately.

@nomar    I don't think there's any danger of your information floating around.  Those label have so much adhesive they can't hardly be handled.  Your account # is not on the invoice.  I'm not worried.

True about the stickiness of the labels. I got a chuckle out of your reply.
