SENT OUT OPENED SAMPLE

I called to return a pkg already opened that said sample. They said they would return my money and not charge return shipping. What did they do? You charged return shipping. What an outfit of incompetence

If it was a sample of a personal care item that was applied to the skin,etc do not use it. Naile color is ok.
