@geezerette

That was my experience when they first started using those return labels, so I never use them now.

I return on my own dime and it's sometimes $1 more and many times less than the cost of the label.

Plus, I can track the return and once I see that they received it, I give it a few days, then  email the social team, provide them with the tracking # which shows they received it, and they immediately credit my account.

There's way too much stress these days, I don't need the added stress of sweatin' the small stuff, such as whether or not my return was received and credited.

On returns, I rarely use the QVC return labels. You have to pay for returns on your own dime either way . Sending via Priority mail  to me works the best. I can track and if there's a problem I am the person the  POst Office  will deal with in case I have to file a lost package complaint.  There was  someone else's  post who had a problem when using the QVC return label and the package  which was an expensive item seemed to be lost in the mail and she could not file a lost packsge claim since the label was a purchase by QVC and not her.

I just posted in another thread that I dropped off a return to USPS on 12/29.  I used the Q return label and when I check my return tracking, it says "Available for pick-up."  I'm not sure what that means.  I don't know if it's still sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up or what.

On that same day I also dropped off a package to be returned to Land's End and nothing has happened with that either.

That's part of the reason why the returns using the labels take so long, they are held at the USPS where you dropped it off until "QVC's Agent" picks it up and according to my P.O., that's once a week.

@KingstonsMom , if it's once a week, mine should have been picked up already, over a week ago.

I've had several items to return lately.  I won't use the USPS.  I take them to the UPS store.  I think the cost is approx. the same.

I have had this issue with QVC for the last several years. Right now I have 7 returns (Christmas gifts bought and returned in early December) that don't show anything in "return tracking". I have not had the time to pursue this but I have learned one lesson: When you return an item be sure to write down the return label tracking number and attach it to your USPS shipping receipt. Then you have something solid to pursue. I really hope the QVC team can settle this rapidly for you.
