Returns - Why so Long to Process

I want to know why I get emails from QVC that my returns are being received and being processed YET I don't see that to be true.

 

I have 3 emails that my returns were received  - AND these emails are OLD too. Yet when I pull up my account I find that there STILL is NO returns shown as processed.

 

WHY does it take QVC to process returns when NO OTHER company/vendor to take any longer than ONE WEEK to notify, process and REFUND my money.

 

Can anyone from CUSTOMER SERVICE tell me WHY RETURNS TAKE SO LONG TO PROCESS???  I am tired of waiting to receive my money back.
