QVC:  I have been a free spending customer of yours for 30 years.  It's been a good run- paid my bill in full every month.  I've been one of your best customers, I'm sure.  But now that you are not sending out return labels in the items that I receive - which makes me have to jump through hoops online and print out my own, I am getting a bad taste in my mouth for QVC. It's to much trouble...Amazon is quick and easy.   Therefore - I'll be ordering less and less from you.

I so seldom buy anything anymore from QVC and can only remember returning 1 item in the 20+ years I've been watching.

Just ordered a nightgown and pj set from Walmart in one of my favorite brands, Aria.  Free shipping, great prices.

Also have 2 pair of Croft & Barrow pants coming from Kohl's.  Again, free shipping.  

No need to buy anything from QVC.  Solves the returns problem--LOL!!

@sarahpanda   I sure wish they would bring the labels back, too. We no longer have a copier.  With Amazon, however, we can take a picture of a code they send and go to a ups store to send things back. That is better.... but still.... not as good for those who aren't driving much or have disabilites.

It would be so nice just to set the package on the porch to be picked up. I know I would order more if that were the case.

p.s  If QVC really wants to target 50 and older this would be a good way to do it!

@sarahpanda  I find it's hit and miss with the labels.  The last few items I received had the labels enclosed with the return label.

its really not that hard to request a label if one wasn't enclosed but yes, it's much more convenient if they would just enclose it,   Nordstrom doesn include labels either. You have to request one.  I think most retailers are going that way

@kaydee50    My experience with Kohl's the only time I every bought anything from them was not so good.  Yes I got free shipping. But I failed to read the fine print that I was being charged a $13.99 fee every month in order to get free shipping.  My d]faukt for not paying attention.  When I finally noticed it I had been charged for 5 months at $13.99.  That;sweat I call a rip off.

@kaydee50  That's terrible, I have not had that charge, and I will have to make sure I keep an eye on this.

QVC also has a return option of having a QR code sent to your device that will allow the USPS or UPS to print a label for you.

Can't explain but I get a Label with

EVERY PURCHASE....beauty...household items and  even food

which can not be returned.

I return about 2 items per year - rarely buy clothing & that reduced my returns.

@kaydee50. Are you conscious of the fact that you come here every day and disparage QVC  in some manner even as you continue to accept their hospitality by posting here?  It gets old.

It's one thing to have an occasional criticism but quite another to never find anything good to say.  If you despise the company so much, why do you come here?
