The same thing happened to me!  I returned a $180 item which they received on 12/7 per the tracking.  I was still charged my second easy pay payment on 12/22!  I called Customer Service and they ackowledged that it was received, but had no explanation as to what happened and why the return was never processed and why I was never refunded.  I feel like now I need to babysit returns now to make sure money is refunded.

@Magicrat Yes, I've done that. CS can see  the item was sent back by the UPS tracking number. They will issue the refund.

I do not plan to order from QVC again. The return policy is horrible. You are charged shipping to receive the item and if you return, you do not receive the original shipping in the refund AND you are charged again to ship the item back. Return charges will be double what QBC paid to ship the same item to you. Also, you have to stay on top of your return or you will not be seeing your refund anytime soon.....if ever. Such a shame as QVC sells many brands that I love.
