@Susan-QVC If only it was just 10 days. Often it is much longer and convoluted. Once again I say, please check out Amazon policies.

@Susan-QVC Well, got a response from Q but not the one I was waiting for. Just another form letter, a duplicate of the one sent 10/26 repeating what my order # was, etc. Still no pack slip information or mailing label.

@chlema I am so sorry again you did not receive the invoice, did you want us to issue a pick up? You will need put the paper with the order detail inside. We will get it back one way or the other.

@Susan-QVC Thanks for the response. If you would tell me what the mailing address to send it back is I would appreciate it. That way I can send it on my own and pay the postage. So I would just enclose the letter from QVC giving details of the purchase? Thanks.
