A portion of the QVC return form has a box for comments. It states "optional." That should mean it's up to the user.

In the past couple of days, anytime I try to type information into the box, it is rejected.

I'd like to have comments on the online form, not just handwritten on a slip in the return package.

Unless, of course, no one ever looks at it.

Is this a temporary glitch or has it been going on for a while?

I guess the Optional means whether they want comments or not.  I honestly don't think any of these forms are read by anything but a computer scanning bar codes.

Re: Return form issues?

The same thing has happened to me.   Their (QVCs) systems are all screwed up - they may work and they may not. They need a new IT staff with people that know what they're doing and know how to test the applications.

@GingerPeach - The form is very sensitive to punctuation. Try using only periods or no punctuation at all, and it should work. (That's silly, I know, but it's what I've had to do in the past to make it work properly.)

Thanks for the tip, @loriqvc

I ended up just inserting three words. After that it got all excited and stopped listening!

I also notice that the "written confirmation requested" always says "no" even though there is no longer an option to actually give a direction on that issue.

Non-stop "upgrades" in QVC land. I've stopped letting it bother me.
