@Jo1291   Wouldn't you get more accurate information by calling UPS?  In one phone call you could perhaps schedule a pick up.  Why would you ask a bunch of people who know little about UPS operations?

@Jo1291

Was this couch a QVC purchase?

If so, I would contact the social team by email at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com.

@Jo1291  There should be return instructions on the reverse side of the invoice/PPL.  If you still need assistance you can reach us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

Welcome @Jo1291.

We need more information from you.

Who is the retailer?  QVC? Do you have a return label and form?  Is return shipping free? It will be very costly to pay for it yourself.  A sofa is large and heavy.

I don't know if UPS will pick it up as a "return to sender.  Customer refused the box."  You need to ask.

Maybe, you will need to find out from the retailer what is required for this type of return.  If it's QVC, you can email QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number.

As a customer, I would think I could get information from the "Customer Care" forum so not getting your response here.  Thakfully others were willing to help, including the qvc social team so it does appear to be the place to ask.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Wait a minute....if the box was never opened, why return it?  I guess it went over my head but this post cracked me up!!!  Anyway, yes, I've scheduled a pick up with UPS.  Very easy.  It was not with anything I by at the Q.  I'm not gonna return anything from here.  ONLY if it's damaged which I never have an issue with.  I know what I'm buying.  I'm quite familiar with the things I buy so no need to return.  I rarely do blind dates but sometimes.  I actually got two pairs of leggings from different vendors and I love them both.  I know my size so, no problem.
