I would call CS or if you have the tracking number from the return label - you can track it online by going to your account - select the item - and check there.
Also, many times I have NOT been credited for return fees when a item is defective unless CS took care of it.
(I don't have much luck with their tracking system).

@3blackdogs - QVC has had a ton of delays with refund processing this year. After I've received confirmation that the return has been delivered, I wait a week and then reach out to the social team at this email address: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. They typically reply within the hour and take care of the situation right away. Good luck...
