I think it’s because each item is pre-boxed, so when you order things (even if you have multiple, different items in "one order") they just print and put mailing labels on each pre-boxed item that you chose. It’s not like other companies where they start with one empty box and then fill that box with all of the items that you ordered. Ok, I really love QVC and have nothing negative to say. Not long ago, I did write a one-star review for some Elemis resurfacing pads, and this was only because the jars I received were not at all generously saturated with resurfacing solution as was presented on tv. I decided to keep and use them anyways because the price was amazing and I do not like wasting products. They are still decent enough and I would hate to send them back only to have them end up in a landfill because I had opened them. I have ordered many, many items over the years from QVC, and sad to say that I have also returned a decent number of things; not because the items disappointed me, but because maybe between the time I placed the order and the item arrived, I had felt some buyer’s remorse or changed my mind. I have never sent back a “used” item except for one time, (a skincare item that that didn’t work for me after two tries) and I did give that a lot of thought before I decided to make the return and I did feel bad about it. QVC has an amazing return policy, and I never intend or want to return anything, but I was so thankful that I was able to return that one used skincare item and some of the other items that remained brand new and un-opened that I had changed my mind about for whatever reason.

I have returned as many as 4 items in one box or bag. I only get charged one return fee. I do check my credits carefully to be sure I am not overcharged return postage. Frankly, I don't really look to see where the item has to go back to - I send them all together in with one return label.
