Hello,,
Please alert your leadership team in the warehouse that whoever is packaging boxes with the 3 part return label on the outside of the box is NOT including the invoice (label 2) or return label (label 3). The are attaching JUST the shipping label and I have to print an invoice and return label (if needed) from my account. I am not a fan of the 3 part label system attached to the outside of the package but understand it might be a cost saver for the company. However, I do want a receipt or inovice with my purchases. Over the last 6 weeks, I have received 14 packages with just the shipping label and missing the invoice and return label. Any help you can give to get this situation corrected is appreciated. Thank you!
