I shop here relatively often and have about 3 returns pending.....but I sent them back probably 4-6 weeks ago.  I understand there are delays given what is going on but this is ridiculous...anyone else having the same issue?

Email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com with your order numbers.  Or call CS or do a live chat.  Have you tried following up with any of these options?

Good evening:

Something that has worked for me:  If using the Q's return label via the local post office, ask the person behind the counter for a receipt; this way, the return is scanned right away, and the receipt is proof.

I didn't receive an ordered item and a return wasn't indicated of another Item I sent weeks ago. I called today and within a brief time spoke to a customer service rep.  Both issues were resolved and I will be getting refunds.  The representative was efficient thorough and professional. That was my experience.

Yes, email the social team.  Next return, use the new process of sending in photos and your return is processed before it gets there.

@GCR18 @What's this new process of sending photos?   Where can I find more about that?

Whaaat?  Send photos to whom/where?  Actually they should do this without photos - when you use their return lable they have the tracking - Amazon does this - as soon as you mail the return they credit your account.

I don't go to the post office.  I just use my cell phone to take a picture of what's in the box, the letter I include, and then once it's taped and the label is placed on top, I take a picture of the label.  If there is a problem. I have it all in photos.

If I used a Q label I would contact the social team. I prepaid mine as I returned two orders & it was cheaper to pay myself. So now I wait. July 16th they were received. The orders came quickly. If you need to return or exchange something it takes forever.

@Memebell

I received an email from QVC.  It was about faster returns.  Take a picture of the label on the box and form and email it to QVC.  They would process your return or start your exchange from the email.  I looked in my inbox, but I must have deleted it.  I looked at the return process here on the website, but it doesn't say anything about it.  I know I'm not crazy, well not yet. LOL. I'll look around and see if I can find something on it.
