I agree and if you're paying $6.95. why does it take so long to get there? Then when it is received by QVC it takes forever to process? I sent back a coat for an exchange because it was too big on December 11th. It was returned to QVC on December 22nd. The size I wanted sold out December 28th. Today I got an email saying a refund would be issued cos the coat is no longer available. Then I check my bank account and see that I was charged $6.95. What??? I chat online with customer service and was told the return fees are no longer being deducted from the refund amount!! When did this start? I asked when refund expected and was told approximately 2 billing cycles. Great, they can take my money immediately but make me wait to get it back. The return processing and refund delays are exhausting. I rarely get an exchange anymore because of it

To clarify my previous post. Customer service told me return fees are now billed separately and no longer deducted from the refund amount. Very confusing considering that a different return I made 2 weeks ago had the 6.95 deducted from the refund amount. So what is the policy?
