So I returned an item this morning via USPS. Got home and was going to email EZReturns as usual. I received an email saying that my return is on the way to them. Then when I went to the order a refund had already been issued. What?! Could QVC actually be doing this now? When they get the tracking and see the return is on the way they're going to issue the refund immediately? If so that's wonderful news!

@FranandZoe. Can you please tell us what steps you took to achieve this miracle?

@Kachina624 - I returned something on September 2nd. Dropped it off at the post office; got an email from QVC saying my return was on its way.
The refund has already been issued.
I used the "Start A Return" button shown against my order. Printed off the label and return slip. That was it. I've found that to be the quickest way to get a refund.

@Kachina624 LOL Kachina! I just did the usual return process online and mailed it at the post office. Shocking isn't it?

@Venezia Venezia I did the same thing. Same process I always use. But today is the first time I've had the refund show up immediately. I usually email EZ Returns and get a refund in a few days.

I've returned three items over the last two weeks and the instant refund happened for just one of them; perhaps it only applies in certain categories or is based on the return reason selected? I'll be sending back two more items later today (though only one using the online system), so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I've used the online return process for the QR code. Post Office staff scans it, prints and applies the label, and I've had the refund show up by the time I get home. It's amazing!

This must be a mistake .... or the Q is SO backlogged with returns processing and they are just trying to catch up.
I can think of no other explanation.

@Thats Me. I tried that several months ago and also with ups. Didn't help, same lengthy wait.

Couldn't they have updated the process and it's in place now?
I had the same experience with a KG hoodie I bought a few weeks ago. Liked it but not the color. Same email type that Amazon sends.
