Yes! It's True.
When I go online and fill out the return info., and print out the label for EZ Returns that is what happens.
I take the package to UPS (NOT USPS) they scan
the label and by the time I get home, my account already shows a credit.
Normally, I wait for 5 or 6 returns, put them in a priority mail box with tracking and ship eveything USPS to Ontario, CA and I get my returns credited within ONE week.
However, if I only have ONE item, I print out the EZ return label, take that to UPS and I have the credit within ONE hour.
With Multiple items: I USE USPS PRIORITY
With ONE item: I USE THE EZ RETURN UPS LABEL
If you use the EZ return label for USPS - it's a longer wait than opting for UPS on the EZ return label.
And I've opted for USPS Priority Mail all in one box with tracking for multiple items - because multiple item returns are processed much quicker that way.

@FranandZoe It is my understanding that the credit shows for that item under order status. If you have used your credit card, it doesn't show the credit for 7-10 days. Is that what you are stating?

I returned something using the "start return" process on 8/20. It was received by the warehouse on 8/25. Still waiting for it to show in Order Status. 🤦🏼♀️

@elated Yes the credit showed in order status/detail. A few days or more to show on credit card.

@spabar - Email the Social Team and get them to issue the refund.

I had a similar experience in the last few days. I filled out the return information online about the product, went to the PO on Saturday, and I already have my refund. I thought it was a fluke, but I am happy to learn that my positive experience is not unique.
