I bought a Visa gift card at Target for a gift for someone.  Bought it on 12/20/23.  She went to use it on 12/30/23 and was denied stating zero balance.  Went to Target, they wouldn't do anything for her.  Said once purchased, funds transfered from Target to Visa and to call Visa.  Found out thru Visa that her Visa gift card was used to purchased 2 $50 gift cards at Home Depot in Canada.  It took 4 months to get the $100 back.
