Same thing happened to me.  They simply said invalid UPC number.  I emailed back asking for an explanation, attached a picture of the bottom of the box where the UPC code is.  The email was not even able to be delivered, to their email address from which they sent me emails. 

 

This is the second Philips Sonicare toothbrush I bought and neither rebate was issued.  The brushes were OK, but I doubt if the "rebate" is real.  Anybody wants to start a class action?
