Friday (12/1) evening I ordered a "as is" item and paid $5.50 for shipping. (Order #: 5648293123)

 

I would cancel & re-order but the item it is no longer available!

 

Would I be eligible for a s/h refund as the item is still processing - I do not want to Cancel ....just wondering!
