I ordered a Mia 2 and on 6/30 a label was made for ups. Tracking would start as soon as package was picked up. As of today it still has not been picked up. Delivery date was yesterday. I phoned vs which was no help at all. Acted like she couldn't be bothered. She said I would have to wait another 10 days. Anyone else have this problem? I have never had a problem with vs or an order. TIA

Perhaps a Mod can look into this for you.

 

I recently had an item showing as "shipped" for about 2 weeks but never showed tracking.  One of the moderators looked into it and emailed me that while a label had been applied, that was all that had happened.  For whatever reason it had not shipped.  She took care of it and had it shipped.  I received 2 days later.

I have a question also regarding an item I ordered on July 5. It is telling me that I can expect delivery on July 17th. I ordered a pair of Clarks on the 4th of July and have received these already. What seem to be the issue? I also have another item on order from yesterday and that also shows being processed and taking longer to be delivered. These items not shipped yet are both Denim & Co items. Any help will be appreciated.

@qqq .. I have noticed that on the majority of my QVC orders an item is marked as shipped when in realty all that has happened is that a shipping label was created.  Once the shipping label has been created it takes days before it is actually picked up by the carrier.   I don't think an order should be marked as shipped until it goes out .. not while it is still sitting in a warehouse.  I think the Q marks it as shipped so they can charge for the item .... which I,  IMHO,  don't think is right.
