I applied for a Q Card this morning and was approved. When I went to check out, my Q Card was not an option to select. I am purchasing items well below my approved limit. How come I cannot do an instant purchase like other retailers?? Does this mean I will not receive my $20 e-card, too? I refreshed qvc.com twice and closed the page and signed back in and still nothing new.

This happened to me too. I opened the account but it was not available as a payment option. It was charged to a different credit card. Called to ask customer service because the charge on the q card had to be made that day to get the $20 incentive and they said there was no record of me having the card. Transferred me to the bank who would not give out account number over phone. What a joke. I canceled my orders and q card. Not a happy customer at the moment. Not sure I'll be a future customer. They want to lose me over a $20 dispute? Kind of unbelievable.
