Moderator 

I have a few concerns:

1. Forum is not locked when posting

2. Cannot use search box (screenshot to follow)

3. Typing in item number with the message, not secure (screenshot to follow.

We would be happy to try to assist you with your concerns.  It would be helpful if you could provide some additional information such as : Are you using our app or qvc.com?  What type of device are you using? What browser?

So this happens with both Safari and Google?  I just checked using Google and did not encounter any of the issues you described.  Have you tried deleting your browsing history and clearing your cookies and cache?

Yes, doesn't make a difference with any of the browsers. I have this ongoing issue. 

 

Yes, I clear everything before proceeding to another website.

You have cleared your cookies and cache on each of the browsers and you still get this message and you are unable to search for an item?  I an only asking all of these questions to rule out any problems and to have sufficient information in case I need to forward the issue to our IT team.

Yes, every browser I try I have the same problems. I clear cookies, cache and browsing history.

One more item that may be helpful,

As shown in the first screenshot of the box to choose size, the screen does darken and I have to use the back arrow to leave the page. Seems like the page freezes up.

Hi, Barbara is not available at the moment. I'm happy to assist. Reviewing your screenshots. Have you checked your security settings? They may be on the highest setting. Not sure if this is the case however when the security settings are to high it issues such as what you are experiencing happens. If you bring the security level down this may resolve the issue. @Kinski-QVC@Barbara-QVC. I have the exact same problem. I also have the IPad, Safari, Google, etc. I also get the same message as site not being secure when I try a search. The lock also goes away as the site is loading. I will try and check my securities. I only go on the forums and have deleted all my personal info.
