Question for Customer Service

I have been trying to call customer service and keep getting a busy signal.  My question is:

I purchased an As Is Wicker Park Lavender Sphere 13".  I just picked it up at the post office and was so excited to see it.  Not only are some of the flowers not on the spots they should be, it also did not include the ties and stakes that are suppose to come with it.

Can I return the item as defective and use the prepaid label and not be charged for the mailing to and from?

Absolutely!

You can always return defective or wrong items rec'd with the return label and you SHOULD NOT be charged for the return label.

It doesn't matter that it was an 'As Is'.  If it is damaged/defective, you can return.

And you SHOULD receive a full refund including original shipping and handling.

You do not need to contact C/S, notify them or get their permission.

HOWEVER, WATCH your return credit.  The returns department makes MANY errors.

Should you NOT receive your full credit, THEN you need to call customer service and they will correct it for you.
