Question about how to make a return when...

How do I return items that were sent on one shipping invoice (in the same box) but are separate items (ex; need to return 2 tops that are huge but they were shipped with a heating pad from a separate order?) Do I just use the invoice and shipping label that was included in the box? How do I know that I will be credited for the two tops? Sorry, I'm sure there is an easy answer but I just want to confirm before returning. Thank you

My best suggestion is to contact customer service either by phone or the social media team at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and ask this very question.  They can give you the best answer.

Go to your order history online, click on view order. There will be an option for you to click "return" for each individual item. Then just print out the form you get as a result and include it in your package. If I'm returning more than one item in one package I always include a note in large letters telling the person who opens it how many items I am returning.

Thank you. I just didn't want to pay return shipping for each item when they were shipped together. Basically I just want to pay shipping once. Hope that makes sense. Smiley Happy I appreciate your response

@Dlb63 - All of these suggestions are good; in your position, I'd do what @froggy is recommending. If the returns are all going to the same place, which would be the case with the two tops you're describing, you'll only have to pay one label fee. (If you end up getting two label fee charges along with your refunds, reach out to the social team email address above, and they'll correct the issue.) Good luck!
