A first time poster with a complaint…not a big deal. They can post anything they want. QVC has gone down hill so a complaint is not unusual.

I remember them stating that the $60 credit would be applied immediately. I think if you hear that promotion, it would encourage first time buyers. If the deal goes south then the first time buyer feels it was only a sales ploy and not a real offer.

 

I think one poster on here always ask for advice but never comes back to give results. I never respond because it a one way street.

 

@fran47  I am sorry that you had that negative experience. I hope that the issue can be resolved. I would email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I always find them very helpful.  Don't get discouraged.
