@BuckABoo   Try using a different browser temporarily.  That often solves the problem.

I have no problem on my laptop, I don't use phones or apps to view videos on QVC.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I came to the forums specifically to see if anyone else had posted about this.  I haven't been able to watch videos on my laptop either.  I tried different browsers and nothing fixes it.  I click on the 'play' arrow and nothing happens.  It is so frustrating.

Please continue to update us on your issues so we can relay them to our IT team. I have opened a service request on this issue and hope to have results soon. Does it seem to be only on Edge? I too cannot play the videos. In my case, it is a regular PC, running Microsoft Edge. Other videos on other websites on the same browser work fine. Computer, and Edge, are routinely updated, and is running Windows 11.

 

No issues on my iPad, running Safari.

 

On my PC, I installed Google Chrome, and the videos run fine, but I do not intend to duplicate my entire browsing history, saved items, etc on another browser on the PC. 

 

Please have IT solve the Edge problem.

Good morning @Kim-QVC .  Still, cannot play videos on qvc.com.  I use Edge on my laptop.   

 

I can play videos on the QVC App, however.

yes I cannot play video on chrome , tried safari and it worked , but so inconvenient .IT dept needs to step up
