Not Banned Yet, Can't Sign In

I am not banned, can easily get access on my desk top, but my cell has me as banned.  Good grief!

@ECBG  you are not alone. This happens to me quite often. I usually restart my phone and try again and if that doesn't work, I go to another room and sign on and that works. I usually think it has something to do with the wi-fi or maybe my phone does not want me to sign on lol.

 

My desk top has never failed me.
