I'm have an issue with a return. I emailed QVC Social Team 4 days ago and have not heard back. What is the usual time for a response from them?

I emailed on January 18 with no response as of this morning.  I forwarded my original email with a "freiendly reminder".  I then received one credit but nothing for the other three items.  I sent another email noting the other three items were missed.  I will give them time to respond.

Been ordering for years, computer set up to email to my Q folder.  Not in spam.

Just do a live chat. I do it often, and it's in real time so you're not waiting on a reply.

That's unusual.   I have always received a response from the QVC Social Team within a couple hours.

I used them recently on exchanges and they were not replied to in order.  I think maybe five days for the first one.  I'm thinking they are still swamped with Xmas returns and patience will be rewarded.  This is the greatest idea they've ever come up with.  By the time they get around to openiing the returned package, the exchange hoped for item is gone.  So getting it ordered quicker is a real help.  Yes, I could always place another order myself, but these two items were on Lunchtime Special and a new order would be at a much higher price.

So I just had an issue with a Jill Martin Sherpa with wrong thumb holes and I asked a question about what I should do and Wayne said the social media team no longer helps with returns. I was just asking if there were options. But my question is, after reading all these posts about the social media team helping with returns, do you still help or is it as Wayne emailed to go through Easy returns?
